•Zhuzhou Electrical Locomotive Widege co. Ltd. is set up in 1983 which is one of the branches of Zhuzhou Electrical Locomotive Works. It occupies areas of 10556 square meters and owns one insulation research institute, one composite materials engineering & technology research institute， two insulation manufacture plants. Now there are 40 specialists including three professor, two doctors and six senior engineers. Widege is a special enterprise with researching manufacturing ability which makes insulation technology, insulation material (including GFRP) and insulation products as developing core and makes high-voltage electric parts & compound material products as main products. The main products is the following:
• Insulation Materials 4330-1 pressed plastic, 3240 glass fiber material, 1411 resin, material treated with imine.
• Insulation Products Rear bracket, Wire connection plate, Brush rod, wedge, Compound outer support insulator and mica ring.
• GFRP Products Frontmask, domecover, Arrester, windows wiper, Protection resistor, whole insulation weather resistance battery box (-50℃-80℃) and Head cover & Dome for high speed locomotive(270km/h).
• Recently, Widege actively executes CS strategy (a sales system with customer as the center). Products of it mainly sale in mechanic & electric works and transformer factories in all over the nation. Partial products have been exported to Iran, Japan and Germany as parts of electrical locomotives.
